LeverEdge (“LeverEdge”, “we”, “us”, or the “Service”) is an educational and research analytics platform. Everything we publish is simulated: our trading algorithms run on simulated accounts using simulated capital, and the traders we track are presented as research profiles. Nothing on the Service involves real customer money, and no real orders are ever placed on your behalf or ours through the Service.
The purpose of the Service is to let members observe, in a transparent and consistent way, what disciplined and profitable trading strategies can look like over time. It is a study and research tool — a window onto modeled performance — and nothing more.
The Service is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only. Nothing on the Service is, or should be construed as, investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a recommendation, endorsement, or sponsorship of any security, digital asset, strategy, or transaction. We are not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Any action you take on the basis of information you see here is taken at your own risk and on your own independent judgment, ideally after consulting a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
All performance shown on the Service — equity curves, profit and loss, win rates, returns, drawdowns, positions, and trade logs — is simulated or hypothetical. Simulated results are generated by models and do not represent actual trading in a live market with real funds at risk.
Hypothetical and simulated performance has inherent limitations. Among other things, it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, it does not involve real financial risk, and it cannot fully account for factors such as liquidity, slippage, latency, funding costs, exchange outages, or the emotional and behavioural realities of trading live capital. Simulated results frequently differ materially from the results actually achieved by any real trading program. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results.
LeverEdge never takes custody of funds or assets, never asks for, holds, or touches private keys, seed phrases, or exchange API keys, and never executes, routes, or places trades. The Service cannot move money and has no ability to transact on your behalf. We will never ask you to send us funds to trade, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent.
Traders featured on the Service are presented under names and profiles we assign for research and illustration. Any performance, metrics, positions, or history associated with them is displayed for study purposes as part of our simulated research environment. Featured traders are not partners, agents, or representatives of LeverEdge, do not endorse the Service, and have no relationship with you. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or interrupted.
You must be of the age of majority in your place of residence and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure.
Some features require a paid membership. Prices, billing intervals, and features are described at sign-up and may change on a prospective basis. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and compiled data, is owned by LeverEdge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own non-commercial research and educational use, subject to these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any data or figure shown is accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeverEdge and its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeverEdge and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the operator of LeverEdge is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
